The manager was very rude! They messed up and they would not make it wright. Took 20 min to make bread sticks. Wow that's funny the rude manager said it takes 7 min to make...... Lol the order was paid for and ready for pick up at 6:00 did not leave till 6:19 crazy wow..... Fire that nasty manager!!!!!!!!!!
I love our Yale Marathon it's nice and clean food is good and everyone is very friendly, they have a great little store inside, food and drinks, and good pizza.
Pretty decent gas prices, but horrible, rude manager. Trying to make a customer pay for their employee's mistake, talking down to us, trying to use the excuse that humans make mistakes sometimes and trying to act as if it's not right for the person who made a mistake to pay for that mistake. Telling us to do the right thing and pay for something they can't get back even though it was at no fault but their own. Trying to say that McDonald's would do the same thing, but when told by a McDonald's employee that that was wrong, tried to backtrack and say it wasn't the same. And it was not the first time someone in my family was treated so badly by this manager.
